Shipping and Returns
Your Kado Collectables orders will ship within 24 hours on business days (Mon-Fri) of being processed. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail, however we reserve the right to choose a more suitable delivery service based upon the value of the items purchased.
If you order before 12pm, your order will be added onto that day's postal run and your order will be updated with the relevant tracking information (if applicable).
We cannot guarantee your order will be delivered on time due to circumstances out of our control. We endeavor to process your orders quickly and accurately. The Royal Mail delivery times listed on our shipping rates are estimates provided by Royal Mail. We ship all orders to the UK and Internationally in line with UK Government Legislation and Brexit laws. This may be subsequent to change depending on new trade deals.
We do not accept returns on used items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to return an unused item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange unless an item is faulty. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved,it will then be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so posting with a tracked method is advised.
Exchanges are possible in the form of store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to arrange to return your item for store credit.
If in the unusual circumstance that an item is faulty, please inform us and we will organise a refund or exchange as soon as possible.
